About the Class

Kundalini Yoga with Angela Potts-Mang’andah will be offered starting in 2026 on Saturday Mornings at 10am! This class is available for drop-in / walk-in clients on the day of the class or you can book and pay ahead-of-time online. Please arrive a minimum of ten minutes before class starts to sign in and pay and fill out any paperwork needed. First come, first serve. Class limit: 20 Kundalini Yoga is an ancient, experiential practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to support balance, harmony, and nervous system regulation. Rooted in a holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit, this practice can help reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and creating new patterns of ease. It also supports physical strength, flexibility, endurance, and improved posture, while aiding emotional resilience and self-awareness. Regular practice offers benefits for overall well-being, including enhanced clarity, inner balance, and a deeper connection to self. Classes are adaptable for all levels, meeting you where you are and helping cultivate steadiness, presence, and vital energy—whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice. <strong></strong> This class welcomes anyone regardless of experience level.    Classes can be purchased as individual sessions for $20 or purchase a 5 pack for $90 through our online store. ($18/session)
