The Flow Room is a community inspired space for all levels of
yoga. With its bright design, it ignites high energy and vibes that
translates over into your practice. Prepare to have fun & let
go of perfection!  We offer a variety of classes, with
experienced yoga teachers. We like to take from other various
fitness practices such as pilates and barre and integrate them into
some of our classes for that extra *chef's kiss*!  
The Flow Room also offers The Chill Room! Which is your
opportunity to kickstart the benefits of your yoga practice PLUS
more.  *heart eyes*
