About the Class

Come experience a gentle yoga class based around mobility and flexibility. This class is desigend for all bodies and will serve as an introduction to yoga for those who've not practiced before or a re-introduction for those who have not practiced for some time. Practices will include poses and movements that help lubricate joints, improve muscular support of joints, improve balance, flecxibility, and stability. The class will also include breathwork to assist in relaxation and meditation for increased self-awareness. This class is taught by Tom Camp, a RYT-500 and certified yoga therapist.
