Meditation Studio

Relateful Focus is an opportunity to draw your attention
to one person for a set amount of time, and notice what it's like
to be a human being with a human being (we're so often a human
doing with humans doing). This session often features a number of
shorter Focus sessions because there is an unexpected cohesion of
group awareness that can be discovered.
