A perfect synergy of an energizing flow and restorative yoga, this practice invites a full balance of awakening and surrendering. Move and breathe through a mindful, kind and gentle flow, then relax, renew and receive in restful postures utilizing blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks that facilitate deep nourishment. Transitioning into stillness, we finish our practice in meditation with the use of ayurvedic essential oils, guiding you into deep state of receiving. This class is open to beginners as well as seasoned yogis, and is also prenatal and postpartum friendly.
