With your head out of the dome, you're able to handle the higher temperatures much easier.   Ozone, or electrified oxygen, is inserted into the sauna to help neutralize bacteria, viruses, and toxic mold from your system.    This sauna promotes deep relaxation, detoxification, and increased circulation.
