About the Class

You must have passed Fabric 1 level and have instructor permission to advance to Fabric 2.  Prerequisites: Demonstrates proficiency in climbing and descending with hand under hand in a controlled manner. Demonstrates proficiency in Ball (4 times) without spidering. Demonstrates proficiency with single and double footlocks. With or without grip wraps. Recommend half conditioning with and without. Express your creativity in the air as you tone your body. You will learn new climbing methods, foot locks, sequences, and small drops that will further your aerial foundation as you prepare for more advanced moves.You must have passed Beginner 1/2 level and have instructor permission to advance to Level 2/3.
