Miranda began her teaching journey with yoga in 2013 after training in New York City. Having never been an athlete, she discovered a deep love for movement through years of practice. In 2017, she expanded her expertise to strength training, including kettlebells, TRX, water rowers, and low-impact exercises. By 2023, Miranda added Pilates to her teaching repertoire and hasn’t looked back. She’s passionate about helping others find power and confidence in their own movement, emphasizing mindfulness for whatever your body needs today and tomorrow. Outside the studio, she adores spending time with her dog, Baloo!
