Sunday Jun 29, 2pm- 4pm Somatic Breathwork with Dani Stedman : Dani is an amazing Somatic Breathwork practitioner and energy coach. Through this work, she guides people to feel their feelings in a safe container to process through and release the traumas and stuck emotions that have kept them in a vicious cycle of self-sabotaging behaviors, limiting beliefs, and not feeling connected to their own truth.
