About the Class

This class is designed for full mind and body restoration. Students are guided through gentle movements and postures to release layers of tension and stress. You explore a variety of postures with breath, which builds flexibility and strength, while cultivating stillness within. After 60 minutes of yoga, you will enjoy a guided meditation and sound bath all in the comfort of savasana. You are welcome to bring any personal props (blanket, pillow, bolster) for you own comfort.

Special Instructions

You must cancel 2 hour prior to class to receive a refund.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up for class and have time to relax before class begins.
