About the Class

An all-level class that awakens the body/mind connection and brings awareness to the connection between movement and breath. We will work with basic yoga postures that help develop strength, balance and flexibility while practicing various asanas to  form a flow that links our movements. There will be a focus on aligning body and mind through the use of your breath.
