Debbie Carlson-Gould, Co-Creator of Zen Heart Center is a certified Usui/Holy Fire 3 Reiki Level II,  certified Spiritual Coach, certified Energy Coach, certified Life Coach, certified Warrior Goddess Facilitator, and Shamanic Practitioner in Training.Debbie is a former stressed-out workaholic who beat ovarian cancer in 2016. That experience was a spiritual wake-up call to transform her life into alignment with her deepest held values and true self. She embarked on a soulful journey of self-discovery and sacred healing. Through years, and hundreds of hours, of counseling, meditation, art therapy, Reiki, yoga, journaling, spiritual and healing energy practices, deep shadow work, and shamanic journeys, she manifested her own profound emotional and spiritual healing.Through this transformative process, her true purpose was revealed. She trained and became certified in healing and helping modalities that benefitted her. She combines everything she has learned, in trainings and through a lifetime of love and grief, to support and guide others to soulfully re-imagine and remake their lives so they can thrive as the wholly Divine Humans they were born to be.
