Dhyana Garcia, MFA, AWC"I believe in the healing capacity of conscious movement. My passion is guiding clients into inspiring journeys of growth and self-discovery. The subtle weaving of mindful movement practices such as yoga, pilates, butoh dance, meditation and breathing practices is my specialty. This collection of embodiment practice make what I called Meditation in Motion (MIM).Each MIM session or retreat is motivated by conscious listening to my clients’ needs. All sessions are deeply influenced by seasonal changes, trauma informed, and based on client’s body constitution according to Ayurveda natural medicine. I feel honored and deeply grateful with Zen Heart Center directors for inviting me to share MIM and Ayurvedic yoga sessions with the amazing Bothell community."Dhyana Garcia MFA, AWC is a mindful movement specialist, embodiment activist and performer of Mexican origin.
