Start your day from the inside out. A gentle 60-minute practice designed to awaken the body and settle the mind before the day takes over. We open with a short grounding meditation, move through slow, mindful stretches to release overnight tension in the spine, hips, and shoulders, and close with an extended Savasana so you leave feeling open and clear — not rushed. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Just show up.
