This fun, form focused, full bodied workout uses stabilizing and strengthening exercises to sculpt and tone your body. You will utilize your own body weight as well as free weights to complete this circuit class. The result is a well rounded workout that improves your muscular strength and endurance and cardiorespiratory system. Both modifications and advancements are given to set each person up for success! Whether you are pregnant, postpartum or looking to compliment your practice, this class welcomes all! Please pre-register for class as we require a minimum of 3 students to attend or we will cancel one hour before class starts.
During the summer months, this class meets outside in the courtyard on the West side of the building (just outside what used to be Trophy Cupcakes).
