About the Class

Pull out a mat and join us for a Pilates workout that focuses on strengthening from the inside out! This class will work on strengthening your core muscles while also emphasizing proper body alignment, control, flexibility, breathing, balance, and overall strength. All are welcome, whether you’re new to Pilates or have years of experience. Whether you are rehabbing or working to strengthen your core, this workout is right for you! Light weights will also be incorporated into some workouts. Non mobile babies are welcome!
