Looking for in-depth direction for meal planning and meal prepping? I’ve got what you need. In this session we are going to get into the nitty gritty of menu planning. It is hard to get started with creating and executing a menu plan on our own. We are going to start with the basics of getting an idea of what is already in your fridge, pantry and freezer, your level of culinary skills, where to look for meal ideas, and plan for your menu, grocery list, and maintaining law and order in the kitchen while you build skills and new habits. From this group you will leave with know-how and tools to continue using in your menu planning journey.
