Yoga, TRX, Mat Pilates Training (or a combination, when appropriate) one-on-one with a fully-qualified, certified and experienced trainer of your choice, or you can let us find the best fit for you. Starting with identifying your goals and what obstacles may be in the path to your goals, we take time to observe your existing movement and breath patterns, postural alignment, strength and mobility as well as mental mindset. Based on these observations, we will guide you through a series of exercises, which may include physical postures, breathwork or mental focusing strategies and send you home with some “homework” to establish improved patterns/habits to get you toward your goals.
