Our signature group training session. We start each session with a specific and targeted Pilates style activation sequence to prepare the body, then we move on to a strength session designed for your specific goals, comprising of two main lifts (deadlift, bench press, squat or hip thrust) set with accessories to perfect movement patterns, increase active flexibility, joint mobility and stability. We finish each session with some play elements such as hoop (Lyra), inversions, acro yoga and targeted prehab/rebab work. Please note both Strength&Co A and Strength&Co B will work on the same structure but will have a different weekly rotation for our lifts. This is for those doing 2 x Strength&Co sessions per week (we encourage you to book both an A and B strength session for comprehensive programming). If you are doing 1 x Strength&Co session per week, you can book either A or B, whichever time suits you best!
