About the Class

Unwind with 45 minutes of gentle, mindful yoga designed to release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect you with your breath.  Followed by a peaceful 10 minute guided meditation to help you reset and restore.  This session blends movement and stillness to calm your mind and nourish your body from the inside out.  

Special Instructions

If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it along.  Please also bring a towel, a water bottle and arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.
