Perfect for those who are new to training or looking to supplement their training week with 1-2 sessions a week. Billing is fortnightly.

Foundation - 1-2/wk ($36.75 per week)

Our most popular membership, allowing for 3-4 sessions a week so that you can get a mix of upper and lower body strength, cardio and core! Billed fortnightly.

Results- 3-4/week ($50 per week)

Our best value membership that allows for training each day or even multiple sessions per day! Billed Fortnightly.

Accelerate- Unlimited ($55 per week)

Gain access to a one-off session of your choice!

One-off Pass

Set achievable goals in your initial consultation with one of our trainers. Through the program focus on building a foundation of core strength and consistency in the gym before selecting which membership is best for you!
