Our Cycle squad focuses on key events from sprint to Ironman distance Triathlon to Crit racing and Cycle sportives. If you are a cyclist this is the plan for you, Program delivered daily via Training Peaks

Cycle Squad sessions

Our ride and run squad program is for those that want to rock up ride and run and want to train on a weekly basis with like-minded people. This option is great if you like some structure but don’t want a rigid training plan. You can pick or choose what sessions you attend.

Ride & Run Squad Plan

New member to MP can test out unlimited ride and run squad sessions for 1 weeks.

Our Cycle Performance program has access to all our ride squad sessions, but also individual cycle coaching through Training Peaks.

You can take advantage of the squad sessions to train with others, but you also get customised/tailored sessions to get you to your goal race in peak condition.

MP Performance Program


Our individually program, customised to help our athletes plan and compete for races to achieve their personal goals.

This is for people who are more serious about performing at the highest level. This includes all access to group run & bike sessions. 

We run through everything from your season structure to the race day planning to cover everything you need to get that peak performance on race day.

To get the most out of this coaching package, it is important for the athlete to maintain a two-way relationship. Your plan is delivered daily through “Training Peaks” with regular access to your coach.

"Performance Plus" Program

The Performance Plus program takes you to the next level. It covers all foundations of the Performance plan but caters for those who want to go further into the data analytics with use of the powerful WKO software with the individual iLevels, more feedback, detailed data analysis and more. There is also the added benefit of improved rates on our Moore Performance clothing range and our training camps.




Multisport Performance Plus Coached Program

Our "Cycle Performance Plus" program includes all that the "performance" program does, but goes deeper into the data, more advanced planning and for those that need that bit extra attention.
