Our run program is access to unlimited MP run sessions. These sessions focus on everything from short to long running and triathlon races. 

Run Club

Our ride and run squad program is for those that want to rock up ride and run and want to train on a weekly basis with like-minded people. This option is great if you like some structure but don’t want a rigid training plan. You can pick or choose what sessions you attend.

MP Performance Program


Our individually program, customised to help our athletes plan and compete for races to achieve their personal goals.

This is for people who are more serious about performing at the highest level. This includes all access to group run & bike sessions. 

We run through everything from your season structure to the race day planning to cover everything you need to get that peak performance on race day.

To get the most out of this coaching package, it is important for the athlete to maintain a two-way relationship. Your plan is delivered daily through “Training Peaks” with regular access to your coach.

"Performance Plus" Program

The Performance Plus program takes you to the next level. It covers all foundations of the Performance plan but caters for those who want to go further into the data analytics with use of the powerful WKO software with the individual iLevels, more feedback, detailed data analysis and more. There is also the added benefit of improved rates on our Moore Performance clothing range and our training camps.




Multisport Performance Plus Coached Program

Our "Performance Plus" run coaching includes all the aspects of the "Performance" program, but goes deeper into the detail and can dig deep into run power data. For those that want to get deeper into the details.

Run Performance Plus Program + Run squads

This has access to all the MP Run Squad sessions, but also includes and individual program customised towards your goals and events.

You will fully understand your training zones and get the guidance to hit your goal race in peak condition.
