A 35 minute strength and fitness session on the Gravity Trainer or Total Gym. each week you come there's something slightly different about the training session. Week 1: 100% on the Gravity Trainer (GTS) or Total gym. Other small fitness apparatus may be used such as the 'Bodyblade', BOSU and Sand Bells. Week 2: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on both the spin bikes and the GTS. week 3: Interval training between the GTS and the TRX straps.
