The Fundamentals Class is getting to learn the Basics moves of Bungee Fitness. You are required to complete at least 4 weeks before moving up classes. Bungee Fitness is a low impact, motion driven, resistance training program that allows you to perform exercises that you might not have normally be able to do without the assistance.
