Strength for Life is a supervised strength training program exclusively for participants over 50 years of age. Train in a group envinornment with your own personalised program. A typical class starts with a fun and simple group warm up. Next you spend approximately half an hour on your strength program (including both pin loaded and free weights.) We finish together with a cooldown and series of stretches.
Before starting your first Strength for Life session, you must collect & complete your enrolement pack from reception. Once you have completed your enrolement forms and obtain your G.P clearance you can begin classes. If you are a returning member please ignore this notice
