Stomping Ground Studios is a dance and movement community of
like minded people who love to look after their bodies, minds &
souls, people who love to dance & love to be a part of
something unique.
Number 9 Stepney Street was
converted in 2014 from an old vintage car workshop to a purpose
built dance and movement centre with 2 beautiful dance studios, a
fully equipped Pilates Studio and a Treatment Room.
 
We offer classes in different styles
of dance, Pilates mat & equipment, kids dance, adults dance and
studio hire
 
We would love you to join our warm
and friendly community of movers and shakers. We will get you
moving, help you follow your passions, improve your body &
performance, invigorate your mind and feed your soul!
 
We are an inclusive, down to earth

Starting with a solid foundation is the key to success and that is why all of our new clients begin with a 1-on-1 Assessment.

The Assessment takes 50 minutes and throughout the session your instructor will:

*Talk to you about your health & fitness goals and discuss your history of any injuries, aches, pains or ongoing conditions you may be dealing with or have dealt with in the past.

*Teach you the fundamentals of Pilates and give you a brief history of the Pilates method.

*Assess your posture and alignment to identify any imbalances and weaknesses.

*Advise you which sessions would benefit you most moving forward to help you achieve your goals.

Pilates Initial Assessment

Choose from Personalised Equipment, Reformer & Mat Classes, 2 classes per week, as part of our Autumn Pilates Starter Program. 

The program includes a one-on-one Pilates Foundation Session to help jumpstart your experience, to be scheduled at a time that suits you.

Choose from Personalised Equipment, Reformer & Mat Classes, 2 classes per week, as part of our Spring Pilates Starter Program.
