How you start your Pilates journey makes all the difference. Starting with a solid foundation is the key to success and that is why all of our new clients begin with a 1-on-1 Pilates Introductory Session. The Introductory Session takes 50 minutes and throughout the session your instructor will: Talk to you about your health & fitness goals and discuss your history of any injuries, aches, pains or ongoing conditions you may be dealing with or have dealt with in the past. Teach you the fundamentals of Pilates and give you a brief history of the Pilates method. Assess your posture and alignment to identify any imbalances and weaknesses. Advise you which sessions would benefit you most moving forward to help you achieve your goals. We can’t wait to meet you and help you reach your goals!
