Our intense workouts, created by our highly trained and
motivated coaches will push your mind and body to reach its optimal
potential.
Our philosophy is simple: ‘create a strong healthy
positive mind, through energetic and solid training sessions’
At FITSPACE, positivity and effort are paramount. ‘I
cant’ are not welcome in this studio, “I can” or “I’ll try” are the
FITSPACE way.
Our sessions are 45 minutes, covering STRENGTH,
ENDURANCE, and HIIT training.
We never double up on a workout.
And most importantly… our class sizes are capped to
ensure you won’t get lost in the crowd.
