Curves is a 30-minute, total
body workout on our strength training machines. You’ll work every
major muscle group with strength training, cardio, and stretching.
Curves is a supportive environment where you can gain strength,
balance, and flexibility with the support and guidance of your
Curves coach. Curves classes range from low to high intensity,
which means you can always find a program that works for
you.
Over 25 years ago, Curves
changed women’s fitness by delivering studio fitness without the
premium price. From the beginning, Curves has been designed
specifically for real women and to be different than any fitness
center or gym. While the workouts are only 30 minutes, you feel the
benefits long after. Unlike traditional gyms, a Curves membership

Curves (Perth, WA, AU-Clarkson)

Must be 18 years old or younger and a dependent of an active member. Family Add-Ons must be linked to a Premium Membership type. Includes unlimited workouts and circuit coaching. Member portal access may only be optional with parent/guardian discretion.

Join for a 6-week period for access to in-club Curves Gym workouts,  with added weekly coaching. Challenge participants will be provided weekly coaching, a prescriptive training plan, progress/coloring chart and access to a closed Facebook group with other challenge participants from around the world!
