90 Minute Session This appointment allows us to determine your Body Composition using our BodPod. We'll then go into a movement analysis to determine how well you move. And then lastly we will do a goal coaching session for us to determine how best to achieve your goals. At the end of the goal coaching session you'll have a prescription to achieve your goals.
During an Outcome Session, we utilize a variety of assessments to determine the most efficient strategy to change your life. An Outcome Session will include the following items... BodPod Assessment Aerobic Capacity Assessment (VO2Max) Movement Analysis Stress Analysis Energy Capacity Assessment Vision Setting BodPod Assessment Preparation Prior to the test, there are a few things to make note of: There is a fasting period of 2 hours with no food or liquids including water. No exercise for at least 3 hours before the test. We want you to be as relaxed as possible and limit any residual perspiration. You also want to bring something to change into for the test. Because it's a volumetric test, the clothing should be tight to your body ie. compression clothes, swim suit, etc. BodPod Assessment Process When you come in, you'll be greeted by the coach taking you through the test. The appointment is 30 minutes, however the actual test only takes about 10-15 minutes and the rest of the time is allocated to going over everything with you and answering any questions you may have. Afterwards you'll receive an email copy of your results. We recommend waiting approximately 12 weeks before re-testing so your body has had enough time to see tangible change depending on what you are trying to accomplish.
