In this mind-body practice, you will cycle through the practices of Pilates and Yoga. This practice will help us to connect to our core, and focus on alignment while building strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration through the use of breathing techniques, flow sequences, and relaxation techniques. Everyone is welcome; participants are encouraged to work at their own level. *Please bring your own mat.
