About the Appointment
1-hour free consultation with one of our expert trainers. They will go over your health history, goals, and answer any questions you may have. Then the fun part! The trainer will take you through our workout so you can experience it first hand. Consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled 12 hours before time of booking. There is a $25 no show fee.
Special Instructions
Once you arrive for your Consultation, please have a seat in our waiting area until your trainer comes to greet you. Please bring a pair of indoor gym shoes and a water bottle!
