About the Appointment
Deep Tissue Massage is aimed at treating the deeper tissue structures of the muscle & fascia. Deep Tissue massages use similar techniques and movements to other massages but generally the pressure is more intense. They are great at breaking up scar tissue and promoting blood circulation.
