This strength focused class is designed to work all your major muscle groups in 30 minutes. The class uses a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells and body bars. The exercises in this class will help you to all around improve your muscular power, strength and endurance for your day and get you ready for cycle season. This class is for all levels. Boost your day by building some strength and stamina for the week ahead. This quick class will leave you time to eat lunch and be ready to tackle your busy afternoon.
Thanks for registering! Please bring your filled water bottle, a towel and closed toes shoes for this class. You can always feel free to invite a colleague to join you as their first class is free!
