This mid day 45 minute practice can be very beneficial in managing stress, balanance, strength and flexibility! No experience necessary, just an open mind and a want to move better into the next week. Bring a yoga mat (we will supply it if you don't have one), and water bottle to class. Clothing layers are recommended as class may go outside on a lovely day or inside in a cooler air conditioned Arrive a couple minute before class starts to get settled in. No late arrivals - you will have to wait until next class!
