Health Canada is a fascial stretch–based wellness clinic
dedicated to long-term health,
mobility, and pain-free living.
We believe true wellness comes from sustainable lifestyle
changes, not quick fixes. Our approach
combines assisted stretching, guided breathing, and personalized
action plans to help rehabilitate injuries, address
chronic pain, and support recovery from physical
trauma (or even just regular pain and stiffness from aging and
daily wear and tear). By focusing on the body’s fascial system, we
consistently help clients return to the activities they
love, move with confidence, and achieve their
individual health and wellness goals.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

15 MIN MASSAGE ADD ON

This is a 60 minute session which includes a thorough assessment using movement screens and mobility testing combined with a hands-on stretch session.
