23 years ago Patricia gave me my life back!!! I had been in a bad car accident and lost 5 discs. Went to physio for 2 full years, my physio sent me and it changed my life. I was a marathoner and couldn’t get over 14 miles due to sciatica. 2 1/2 years later I was able to marathon again and did an Ultra 2012, 64km would never have been possible without FT. All the instructors are conscience of everyone’s certain injuries and work with you. Truly amazing!!! Nothing but praise. I’ve sent everyone I can to FT!
