Our 60 minute Fitness Kickboxing Class is a dynamic and energizing workout designed to boost cardiovascular health, build strength and enhance flexibility. You will be challenged no matter what your fitness level is. The session begins with an 10-12 minute warm-up to prepare the body and prevent injury. This is followed by 8 bag rounds that engage the whole body. Cool-down stretching exercises after promote recovery. This balanced routine ensures participants leave feeling revitalized and accomplished.
