Motives Dance & Fitness is
an Edmonton based boutique fitness and dance studio. Motives offers
personal training services, drop-in dance classes, drop-in fitness
classes, specialized workshops, and virtual fitness challenges.
Motives Dance and Fitness is home to MDC (Motives Dance Company), a
pre-professional program designed to help graduated dancers with
their transition from their home studio into the professional dance
world. 
At Motives we aim to provide
every client that walks through the door with a sense of community
and belonging. The Motives faculty  is composed of many
dedicated, experienced, and professional instructors and personal
trainers eager to MOTIVATE you!
