About the Appointment

When booking this appointment you agree to the following policies:   CANCELLATIONS: If you neglect to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment amount.   RESCHEDULING: If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment amount.   NO SHOW: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full treatment amount.   LATE: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened accordingly.
