Next Gen Strength is a 2-hour introductory workshop designed for girls ages 11–17 who want to learn the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive and empowering environment. This session will focus on proper technique, safe lifting practices, and building confidence in the gym. Participants will be guided through foundational movements and coached on how to train effectively while supporting overall strength, coordination, and body awareness. Each participant is welcome to bring one parent to observe and learn alongside them. What to expect: Introduction to strength training fundamentals Guided instruction on proper form and technique A supportive, coach-led environment Education on safe and effective training habits Spots are limited (10) to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience.
Please bring indoor shoes, a water bottle, and come dressed in comfortable gym/workout clothing.
