Rosalind's passion for dance, running, and aerobics from an early age naturally led her into the fitness industry. She began her journey as a personal trainer in her early twenties and later expanded into group fitness in her thirties. What started as a hobby soon became a full-time career. With over 20 years of yoga practice, she is now integrating it into her teaching, blending strength, movement, and mindfulness. Still an active trail runner, she values the importance of combining different training modalities to enhance performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Her continuous learning fuels her inspiration to evolve and share her knowledge with others.
