About the Class

Join us for a class combining Vinyasa Flow Yoga with a substantial amount of Core work. Come prepared to strengthen your abdominals and learn some new moves. We use Bands, the small Pilates Ball and Body Weight to get the most important parts of your body strong and stable. You will notice your posture improving right away. Modifications for those who need them, with options to make the poses more challenging when you are ready. Intermediate Class, we will be doing a variety of Planks, and Pilates style ab exercises, please contact Christina if you have questions or concerns.
