Jiu jitsu is similar to wrestling or gappling and combines movement, strategy and defence to create “the gentle martial art”. It will challenge both your body and mind and provide you with instinctive problem solving skills. This class is best for those who have had some experience with JiuJitsu before. We reccomend that you be a 2 stripe white belt or up to attend this class. All our classes are controlled, supervised and safe. Our Jiu Jitsu all levels class (JITS) is for both women and men ages 14+. We focus on both basics and progressive / advance techniques in a safe, learning atmosphere. Classes include 1hr of lesson and drilling and 30min of open matt (rolling).
