Our hot yoga flow class is a vinyasa style class and is all about keeping you moving. You'll flow through strong sequences linking breath with movement. You will build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. Each class is different, safe and extremely effective for everyone regardless of what physical shape you're in. It is great for all levels of fitness or those looking to bring a greater quality of balance to busy lives and will help you reduce stress, increase energy, stretch and strengthen muscles, and encourage you to breathe more freely and fully. Each teacher provides a creatively driven, well-rounded and balanced approach, encouraging rest whenever you need it. Did you know that being flexible is not a prerequisite to practicing yoga? We’re not using our bodies to do postures—we're using postures to better understand how to use our bodies. It doesn’t matter if you achieve the perfect posture; what matters is how we use postures to create greater strength, skill, intelligence, and wisdom in our bodies. Yoga is about learning to engage with the present moment, not touching your toes. If you breathe, you can do yoga. Cool down and relax at the end of class with our signature frosty aromatherapy cooling towel, giving you a refreshing moment of bliss on your mat.
Studio Etiquette & Booking Safety Reminders To ensure the best experience for all guests, please follow our studio policies. This helps create a safe, enjoyable environment where we can move without risk of injury. No Equipment Cleaning spray bottles inside the hot studio during classes. This also reduces clutter around yoga mats during practice and minimizes items to put away after class. Please use the bench in the reception area as needed for cleaning yoga props & equipment. Remember to return cleaning supplies to storage after use so others can do the same. Class Essentials • A yoga mat, large water bottle, and personal sweat towels are required for all classes. • This is an infrared heated class (40°C, 30% humidity). Please keep the studio door closed at all times to maintain heat. General Etiquette • All Breathe Fitness classes (Yoga, Fitness, Pilates, Barre) include music, which enhances motivation and movement. • Inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries or concerns. • Place your yoga mat in alignment with your numbered mat space. • Keep equipment and props at the top of your mat for easy access and safety. Keep the studio door closed to maintain efficient heating. Do not prop the door open with weights—this is a safety hazard. Arrive 10–15 minutes before class to allow time for setup. A gentle reminder for our yoga classes: Close the door softly – The studio door has a spring mechanism to ensure it closes automatically, helping to maintain heat efficiency. Please avoid letting it slam shut. Exit quietly – When leaving the studio, avoid spraying mats and blocks inside of the hot studio and please take conversations outside so those in the hot studio can enjoy a few moments of relaxation before stepping out. Clean up mindfully – Clean and return blocks and mats outside of the hot studio after class to keep the space clear for the next session. Your mindfulness and cooperation help us create a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all! Thank you for respecting these guidelines and contributing to a positive studio experience!
