Sink into stillness with this deeply restorative candlelit yin class, enhanced by the therapeutic warmth of infrared heat. Designed to gently open the body and calm the nervous system, Radiant Yin combines long-held floor postures with breath awareness to release tension and improve flexibility. The soft glow of candlelight and gentle heat create a nurturing environment for deep rest, balance, and inner radiance. Perfect for all levels, especially those seeking calm, recovery, and connection. You don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga—this class isn’t about perfect poses, but about tuning into your body with care and awareness. We use postures not to perform, but to listen, learn, and grow stronger in mind and body. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Class closes with our signature frosty aromatherapy towel—a refreshing moment of bliss to seal your practice and leave you feeling grounded, radiant, and renewed.
Studio Etiquette & Booking Safety Reminders To ensure the best experience for all guests, please follow our studio policies. This helps create a safe, enjoyable environment where we can move without risk of injury. No Equipment Cleaning spray bottles inside the hot studio during classes. This also reduces clutter around yoga mats during practice and minimizes items to put away after class. Please use the bench in the reception area as needed for cleaning yoga props & equipment. Remember to return cleaning supplies to storage after use so others can do the same. A gentle reminder for our yoga classes: Close the door softly – The studio door has a spring mechanism to ensure it closes automatically, helping to maintain heat efficiency. Please avoid letting it slam shut. Exit quietly – When leaving the studio, avoid spraying mats and blocks inside of the hot studio and please take conversations outside so those in the hot studio can enjoy a few moments of relaxation before stepping out. Clean up mindfully – Clean and return blocks and mats outside of the hot studio after class to keep the space clear for the next session. Your mindfulness and cooperation help us create a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all! Thank you for respecting these guidelines and contributing to a positive studio experience!
