My yoga journey began in 2012, inspired by my mother's wisdom and influence. Throughout the years, my approach to yoga has remained joyful and light-hearted, always grateful for the community it has brought into my life. I find inspiration in the intensity of hot yoga and the challenge of a dynamic vinyasa flow. Drawing from the wisdom of Ashtanga, Bikram, and Forrest Yoga, each class is a journey, gradually building up to a peak pose. Expect a thoughtful sequence that prepares your body for the pinnacle moment, embracing the fusion of different yoga styles. Lately, my practice has evolved to incorporate mobility aspects, warming up the muscles, tendons, and joints, fostering a sense of fluidity and freedom in movement.Outside the studio, I revel in sport-specific training, aligning my passion for yoga with activities such as climbing, cycling, and snowboarding—all conveniently offered in the Sea to Sky region.
