In these 1hr clinics the instructor will focus in on teaching a specific move, trick or technique that they specialize in, offering you all the tips and tidbits they've learned in their journey towards mastery. May Mini-Clinic: Is your reverse grab/flare feeling demure and grounded when you want it to exit the stratosphere? Get ready for all the flares, throws, and fan legs you will learn in this upcoming clinic. Whether you are new to flying dynamics, or starting your journey to phoenix, we will explore low to high intensity variations of teaching the body to engage and coordinate for momentum. Open to anyone who has a comfortable chair spin and fan kick. Level: 404+.
