About the Class

Gain strength and flexibility as you learn the amazing art of Lyra. You must feel comfortable learning to invert to attend this course. In level 1, you will review and build on intro theories and add hanging inversions and static positions to the repertoire. Please wear tights or crops and a sleeved top. MUST HAVE ATTENDED INTRO TO AERIAL ARTS. There are 8 shades of Red in Hoop L1. Blush, Cherry, Crimson, Currant, Garnet, Merlot, Ruby and Scarlet. You don't have to do the series in any particular order, but you must have completed all 8 shades and the Hoop L1 Skill Check before going into Aerial Hoop L2. Each class colour will focus on a specific technique, transition, and/or aspect of Aerial Hoop. Garnet will cover: Deep Sea Mermaid Pike Under Bar
